Welcome to the world of uncooking! Discover how to make delicious raw meals that contain all their enzymes, antioxidants and nutrients. This 2 hour class will nourish your kitchen skills, brain & body with new techniques to spice up your recipe box. Raw recipes will be demonstrated and sampled.
