The Georgian Bay area is so grounding and now that we are past the 10 week count down it’s nice to nest. Other than growing a baby human I am also working on another fun project…

Lastly it's also back to school for Kriss! Having already graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and the Academy of Culinary Nutrition it is time to hit the books and delve into Functional NutritionFunctional nutrition bridges the gap between theoretical information and clinical practice, exploring the root of disease and foundations of health from an integrative evidence-based approach to healing.

Along with some brain boosting foods and supplements here are some home made bars to fuel you throughout the day!  These snacks are perfect to sub ingredients where necessary to make them school friendly for kids!  Try the Fernie Granola Bar or the Brain Fuel Coconut Squares.
